Question about how you feel after you eat?

I know your blood sugar level changes after you eat because your body is breaking down the food. But most of the time after I eat I get very sleepy and a little groggy..any insight?

Unless a microwave dinner is your idea of a Thanksgiving feast, you probably have had firsthand experience with the after-dinner fatigue that sets in after the meal. Why do you want a nap? To escape the dishes? Perhaps, but the meal itself plays a big part in the way you feel.
eating lunch makes u sleep alright
but eating dinner has the opposite effect, u'd see twisted dreams.
at least for me...
