shes really sick and we dont ahve time to go to te store nor do we hve like flowers in our yard or anyhting so please help!!!

You've got some pretty severe limitations there.
Have you tried making her a card or two? Perhaps you can search the web for a nice inspirational piece of poetry and print that off. And if you have trees in the yard, use their leaves to make rubbings to decorate it.

home made cards can make a dull room very cheery.
You can make a get well soon card with glitter if you have some tissue paper and colored paper along with a pipe cleaner you can make your own flowers. All you have to do is cut out pieces to look like pedals than twist the pipe cleaner around the pedals and glue on green paper leafs. Put them in a vase with marbles. It looks cute i did that for my mother for mothers day when i was younger. I hope this helped a little
